Ahmed Ishtiaq, PhD, AssocRICS – Director
With over 25 years of experience in the property industry, Ahmed Ishtiaq has built an extensive career spanning residential and commercial surveying, valuation, property development, investment, and asset management. As an Associate Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (AssocRICS) and holder of a PhD in Economics, he combines technical expertise, academic excellence, and practical industry experience to deliver accurate, evidence-based, and commercially focused property advice.
Throughout his career, Ahmed has successfully acquired, developed, managed, and delivered a diverse range of residential and commercial property projects. His expertise includes property valuations, surveying, development consultancy, investment analysis, asset management, identifying development opportunities, managing refurbishment and construction projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and maximising long-term asset value.
Having undertaken his own property development and investment projects, Ahmed possesses first-hand knowledge of the commercial, financial, technical, and regulatory challenges involved in delivering successful property schemes. This practical experience enables him to provide advice that is not only technically robust but also commercially pragmatic, ensuring clients receive solutions that are both realistic and effective.

He specialises in delivering RICS-compliant residential and commercial valuations, alongside a comprehensive range of surveying and consultancy services tailored to each client's specific requirements.

Having successfully owned and managed estate agency and lettings businesses, he has developed extensive expertise across residential sales, lettings, property management, business operations, and strategic leadership.
With a background in accountancy and finance, alongside over 15 years in the property industry, Sadiqur brings a unique combination of commercial, financial, and operational expertise. His ability to combine strategic business thinking with practical property knowledge enables him to identify opportunities, drive sustainable growth, and deliver value for clients and the business alike.
His entrepreneurial background provides a deep understanding of the property sector from both a commercial and operational perspective.
